Debt collection in Luxemburg
In case of receivables which surpass the amount of 10.000 €, debt collection proceedings in Luxembourg are undertaken under the payment order procedure before regional court. Lower sums can be pursued via “minor claims” procedure. During simplified procedure the claimant can also submit a request for claims to be secured.
