Debt collection in Czech Republic
Debt collection in Czech Republic is based on the European Payment Order, as well as on a payment order. There are also two other options available: electronic order procedure and order procedure under commissary notes or cheques. A judge cannot issue an order against the debtor who resides abroad or whose place of stay is unknown.
