Debt collection in Finland is based on the payment order procedure in regard to undisputed debts. The procedure concerns every amount of the claim. Suit must be submitted in written form. For an order to be issued, there is no condition regarding the debtors place of stay in Finland. Only the jurisdiction of the court is required.
