Payment order procedure in Estonia enables fast action. Simplified procedure can be employed in case of claims which do not exceed the amount of 6.400 €. The choice of procedure is up to the creditor, who can also decide for the regular procedure. Estonian law allows to pursue claims in simplified procedure against defendants who reside or have headquarters in a different country.
